A must have if you're running Tomb of Annihilation. Not only is it packed full of fun new dinosaurs with which to surprise your players, but you've also got a selection of great zombified version as well.

This supplement is for any DM running Tomb of Annihilation who gets bored with the limited number of dinosaurs (and especially zombie dinosaurs) in the book. I personally got really bored running the same encounters for multiple groups, and the variety of new dinos helped me keep things fresh. Also a must-have if your players aren't scared of the CR 8 T-Rex and you want something with a little more oomph.

I purchased this specifically for the FG module and it looks like the same issues reported by other purchasers have not been corrected for over a year. No images or tokens for the FG module. It makes it unusable. Please re-export for FG and correct this issue. I feel like I wasted my money on this sincethe FG mod was the whole reason for the purchase.

Do you want bigger, badder, more varied dinosaurs to throw at your cocky players in the jungles of Chult? I have good news for you. How about more undead zombie dinosaurs? I have even better news for you.

Do your polymorphing players want something even deadlier than a T-Rex to polymorph into? Well, there's some Jungle Rot that will fix that right up.

Do you need some mighty beasts to besiege Camp Righteous and Fort Belurian? Get the Beasts.

This is a very basic product with a very basic approach: it gives you stat blocks for a large variety of dinosaurs, and then gives you their stats as zombies. That's it. Do you feel like you need more dinosaurs and their zombie versions? If the answer is yes, buy this product.

Do you like dinosaurs? Do you like the undead? How about undead dinosaurs?! Then this supplement has what you want! For bonus points, the monsters are AL legal for your Tomb of Annihilation organized play campaigns.

First, understand all this really is: it is an extension to the dinosaur choices for ToA - there is a little fluff around incorporating dino hunts into your ToA, but the rest is simply an extension of the MM/ToA choices - call it "James & Ruty's Guide to Dinosaurs" - for what it is it's awesome, a great monster expansion with good solid stat blocks and great images that can used to make VTT tokens easily.

This serves as a great addition to play in Chult. The additional basic dinosaurs are interesting, but the special abilities of the zombie dinosaurs are the real gold.

This one easily integrates into DDAL play, too. Dropping in thematically appropriate monsters is 100% with in the rules.

Beast of the Jungle Rot is an excellent additon to the world of Fifth Edition, Dungeons and Dragons for both homebrew and Adventurers League players.

The inclusion lf this product in the Adventurers League portfolio adds new and exciting options for sanctioned play and is an excellent beginning to the Guild Adepts program.

The layout and formatting of the book is superb and easy to use, making it an agile resource for a Dungeon Master in building a quick encounter or a Druid in need of a last minute dinosaur wild shape. (I myself pirchased and downloaded this right to my phone, mid-convention, and was immediately able to take my new druid out for a pre-historic spin!)

This resource contains many new creatures across the challenege rating spectrum, including several of CR 1 or lower. Additionally, these dinosaur wild shapes open new combat options for druids including higher critical hit chance and spitting paralyzing acid in your opponent's face!

And did I mention it has zombie dinosaurs?!?!

If treacherous rain forests and the pre-historic titans who dwell in them are your forte, then purchase a copy of Beasts of the Jungle Rot today!

A massive set of stat blocks for zombified Dinosuars ... so worth the money.

An added surprising bonus was the Dinosuar hunting guildlines. This alone is GREAT to have if you are running AL games ... it gives the DM ability to present players the chance to make money in an AL legal way. The ToA book is pretty lean in handing out gold (beyond major encounters and plot encounters), so this allows players to get gold and spend before they get lost in the jungle and never make it back.

Super satisfied with this one.

Moar monster moar of the time. Of all of the Guild Adept releases this is my favorite since there are now more dinosaurs to have parties encounter.

Beasts of the Jungle Rot is...it's just swell.

The supplement includes a large, diverse range of dinosaurs with a range of Challenge Ratings. In tandem with Tomb of Annihilation, there should be a wide variety of encounter options to pick from. As a childhood dino-nerd and Michael Crichton fan, I'll give a special nod to the (admittedly Hollywood) venom-spitting Dilophosaur and the wonderfully feathery specimens present here.

There are a total of four entries with Legendary Actions; the Gigantosaurus and the Titanosaurus, and their undead versions. I'm extremely pleased to see 'boss' dinosaurs at midrange CR (Titanosaurus is the lowest at CR 7) that have these legendary actions: they really help demonstrate the immensity of these creatures in an encounter without isolating them to high-CR battles. I'll also note that the undead versions of these two entries have their own zombie-mode legendary actions.

In fact, many of the undead dinosaur variants have fun abilities that make them extra deadly. Whether it's a hungering bite or actual undead dinosaur..."droppings? Droppings?" I was glad to see extra effort and variety making these entries distinct from their living counterparts.

Finally, the book includes a few appendixes that will be fantastic for different player approaches. The inclusion of rules for dino-hunts was exactly the kind of predictive content I hoped to see, and solidifies how this product pairs up with Tomb of Annihilation. I know a few players I've DM'd for who would be interested in utilizing dinosaur hides or selling off their eggs, and making sure to include these terrible lizards in those options will be beneficial.
