The Real World 

The first playable TTRPG written by AI!

The Real World is a rules lite tabletop roleplaying game written by AI set in a delirious hellscape of whimsical horror. 

Earth, as it turns out, is actually just The Cave, a small and boring pocket of the hyperdimensional chaos of The Real World.

 Hieronymus Bosch, Clive Barker, and  Terry Gilliam, are a few of the inspirations for this setting, among many others.

Each of the players act out the role of one particular individual. This might be a human from The Cave, or a denizen of The Real World. Literally anything can be an ability in this system. Whenever you attempt something, you declare the name of the ability you are using, and roll a number of six sided dice.  If none of those dice are 5s or 6s, that named ability levels up. 

This book contains the rules set,  a description of 20 factions, 100 strange beings, 100 strange places, and 100 strange objects.

Note: Contrary to the back cover, this book was written using not just GPT-3 via Sudowrite, but Meta AI Megatron-11B as well.

However, if you've used Inferkit (as you noted on the back cover), you've actually used Meta AI Megatron-11B, not GPT-3. Probably worth correcting!

I do have a short book that was written using just GPT-3, released prior to Pharmako AI (Jan 4th 2021, per Amazon), titled A Techgnosis Butoh Grimoire (Sep 5th 2020 per libgen).

This later became the first half of a larger book titled GPT-3 Techgnosis, that made use of Inferkit in addition. GPT-3 Techgnosis was also released prior to Pharmako AI.

I must confess I am going to cannibalize this for use with Troika! You could totally use this method for generating a book of d66 (36) characters / d66 spells / d66 enemies / d66 locations...

These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
