What scale is that? The rooms (without floor) are 66.51 mm high, which seems huge to me even for 32 mm...

It's designed around common 32mm miniatures, and a 1" grid- so it's not at a precise scale, as much as it's made to match visually in scale with the miniatures, and to allow for them to be inside the structure when it's upper floor(s) are in place. However, even 'at scale' - it is not in error.
Ceiling heights in Victorian times had reached an average of 13 feet, Renaissance era ceiling heights were often defined by their width- renaissance architect Andrea Palladio who wrote a chapter about high ceilings in his classic dissertation the four books on architecture where the recommended height of ceilings is 10 ft by 10 ft, 12 ft by 12ft, 19ft by 19ft. His shorthand version was, more or less- the length and width of a room were first added together and the result divided by 2 to determine the height of the ceiling. Very large rooms had very high ceilings.

The more common 8-10' tall walls we're familiar with are a modern conceit (and don't play as well with miniatures use).

I see...
However, my 32 mm test figure can hardly see over the window sill and the doors also seem somehow unnaturally high. For me, the building should also be used in a late medieval scenario and would have to be scaled to at least 75% in height, judging by my personal naked eye. Basically, width and depth must not be scaled because of the floor panels, which then compresses the OpenLock slots in height or width.
I'm still at the beginning of my hobby, and I'm trying to pin myself down on a scale. I would also like to use the (very good!) buildings together with those of other manufacturers, and there are big differences. For example, the floors of Infinite Dimensions are only 52.5 mm high including the floor, which in my opinion seems a bit low again.
I'm a bit confused by all this at the moment...

At the end of the day- every artist is going to have their own interpretation on how things should be scaled - I err on the side of slightly taller due to the array of races/species in the various fantasy settings. My buildings are pretty consistent scale wise.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
