This book is intended as an addition to the Anime-Punk campaign setting already available on DrivethruRPG (https://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/241481/Miskatonic-Repository-AnimePunk?term=anime-punk) but can easily be used as a stand-alone sourcebook and set in any country.
If you asked TV audiences about stories of people facing monsters, ghosts and vampires, the chances are that they would mention Buffy the Vampire Slayer or Scooby Doo and even the majority of horror movies seem to be set in and around colleges or college age heroes and heroines, but where are the scenarios and campaign settings for Call of Call of Cthulhu that represent this rich seam of lore? Welcome to Randolph Carter College!
This campaign setting is based around an Anime-punk style setting, with the characters fighting off Cthulhu-esque demons and monsters while still trying to get through college and hold down relationships and perhaps part time jobs. In the series, both TV and anime, which spawned this campaign setting, the heroes are competent fighters of the supernatural, able to wield magic and weapons with equal aplomb.
