You should add into the blurb that there is a Fantasy Grounds mod included.

(version 1.4) Seems like it will be a fun adventure to run.
This, unfortunately, has the usual issues with (a lack of exhaustive) editing (although I've seen worse, and I guess there's a limit on what can be expected). For example cut and paste errors in the monster entries (e.g. ability of one monster that shouldn't apply also in that of an NPC) and the fonts for the handouts seem to be missing. Luckily the .mod file is just a zip-file in disguise and one can get pictures of the handouts and 'raw' maps from there.
If monster stat blocks are not copied from some master file, but recreated by hand (as seems to be the case, or why else would something from one monster appear in another's stat block?), why not add in the modifications right away and save the DM the extra prep time? There's plenty of white-space to even keep the existing unmodified block and add in an already modified one too...

Adventurers League policy prevents authors from modifying any stat block. So, the only way to present variations is via modification boxes.

I will look into the font issues and see what can be done. Sadly, PDF is less portable than the acronym promises.

Luckily creators of CCC are still willing to jump through the hoops to provide nice adventures.

The 'puppets' psuedo-stat block in the running text looks like a viable way to subvert the 'statblocks should go in as is' demand. Or maybe just include a separate 'Designer's notes' .pdf with a rationalized version/creator's-cut of the adventure to help actually running it.

The font might work okay IF one has it on its own computer, so it probably looks great to the editor/creator, and of course you will be blind to your own typos after reading through the document too often. The discussion box here seems unsuited for it, but since (hopefully) many DMs will be reading through the adventure more or less carefully, some place to send anything spotted to be improved would be great to have...

Whatever is used to create the PDF probably has a way to include the fonts, now that you know that they're not included you can hopefully figure out how to fix it.

Thank you for your feedback. The fonts should render properly in version 1.5, just uploaded.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
