Minor comment. You have bestow curse listed as both a level 3 and level 4 spell in your spell lists....which is correct?

What I have written is really only an example and isn't supposed to be used in your product at least not until we have ironed some sort of agreement or compensation. Honestly, I disliked most of the abilities of the class as they seemed to ... random, the worst culprit is the summoned spiked chain. For me it's a real chin scratch-er.

I believe the class should be revised or at the very least a theme or overriding defining class related ability needs to be added as there's really nothing much that jumps out at me as being truly "sorcerer" related (other than a mashed up spell list of divine/arcane). Another aspect I believe is sorely missing are options or talents that deal directly with the core of the fluff which should incorporate such things as pain (per the example I already provided), hell, devils, demons, torture and pact making etcetera.

One such class defining ability can be found below:

Thaumaturgy (Su or Ex): The hellpriest manifests their patrons desire and power through miracles known as thaumaturgy. These abilities reflect the constant and overwhelming desire to always placate and please their dark lord. These epiphanies manifest spontaneously and are usually the result of self-inflicted pain, torture or other profane and...See more usually debased act that pleases their patron. At levels x, x and x the hellpriest can choose an additional thaumaturgy from the list below:

Chained Obedience (Su): The hellpriest can summon forth a form fitting suit of barbed and hooked chains. These chains act as armor and grant the hellpriest the same benefits as a spiked chain shirt. However, the pain and discomfort caused by this armor inflict a -1 penalty on all Concentration checks. Prerequisite: x level.

Miser of Misery (Ex): Due to the very nature of their worship hellpriests understand the inherent ecstasy of pain, torture and flagellation even going so far as flensing one's own flesh to "remove" any impurities. This intensely intimate knowledge of misery allows the hellpriest to absorb any affect or ability which inflicts pain, be it a spell, ability or feat. The hellpriest is able to consume a portion of the duration of the ability equal to 1 round per hellpriest level plus caster ability modifier. The effect immediately ends if the hellpriest consumes all of the remaining rounds. Once absorbed these rounds can then be used to inflict the same affect upon a target. In order to affect a target the hellpriest must make a successful melee touch attack. The affected individual is then targeted by the pain effect and must make a saving throw at the original Difficulty Class if applicable. The duration is equal to the amount of rounds expended when targeting a creature with this ability. A hellpriest can consume a total number of rounds per day equal to twice his level plus his casting modifier. He retains the absorbed pain affect for 1 hour per class level. Prerequisite: x level.

Iron Maiden (Su): A mass of whirling blades, metal shards, spiked plates and other sharpened objects envelops the target, which takes 3d8 points of piercing and bludgeoning damage (Fortitude half). If the target fails its save, it is encased in an iron maiden and is paralyzed and unconscious but does not need to eat or breathe while the iron maiden exists. The iron maiden has 20 hit points; destroying it frees the creature, which is staggered for 1d4 rounds after being released. This ability can be used once per day as a standard action. Prerequisite: x level.

Fanciful Flensing (Ex): The hellpriest has mastered the art of flensing and is now capable of artistic expression using his own flesh. The hellpriest can inscribe upon his body the very essence of his belief in such a way that some will find it exquisite while others will find it repulsive. Activating this ability is a standard action that lasts for 24 hours. For the duration of this ability the hellpriest gains a +x circumstance bonus to Intimidate checks and a -x penalty to Diplomacy checks. When activating this ability the hellpriest must choose one of the following affects:

1 - Branding: Fire and brimstone! Using brands and other burning implements the hellpriests burns a landscape of ruination and creativity upon his body. The pain of this ability is so overpowering it overrides most other such things and as a result the hellpriest gains a bonus, equal to his casting ability, on saving throws versus all pain affects. Not only does this ability dull the hellpriest's sensitivity to pain it also dulls his propensity at feeling or sensing others discomfort or pain and therefore, while this ability is active, the hellpriest cannot change an opponents attitude to anything greater than neutral.
2 - Knife Work: Stripping away portions of his own skin results in the hellpriest's constant oozing of vital fluids. This grants the hellpriest a bonus on all escape artist checks equal to his casting modifier. The constant deluge and outpouring of blood from the many cuts and abrasions distract the hellpriest. While this ability is active the hellpriest cannot take 10 or 20 on Perception checks.
3 - Pins and Needles: The hellpriest inserts many long and dangerous looking pins and needles through his hands which allow him to attack as if using spiked gauntlets. However, while this flensing is active the hellpriest cannot wield any melee or ranged weapons.

Once, every 24hrs, after resting for the night the hellpriest is able to re-inscribe his flesh mark in order to change it's benefits and one disadvantages.

So, basically...Cenobites? Clive Barker's "Theologians of the Gash" from The Hellbound Heart/Hellraiser? I don't mean to direct my poop in the vicinity of your cheerios, but my understanding was that Kytons (chain devils) had already been modified and expanded in Pathfinder to fit the role of Cenobite expies.
