QAC - Quick and Classic (English version)

Ignore question 2 above, I think this is actually made clear on page 25. I would like to replace this question with another though. ;) In room 1 of the sample adventure, is it assumed that a failed enigma roll here would cause 3 damage to the character trying to understand it if they failed?

Enigma: nope, this is one of the situations where failing the roll doesn't involve taking physical damage, but the Master takes note and evolves the plot accordingly, i.e. in this case the players will have to serendipitously guess how to solve the puzzle in the final room in a very dangerous situation! If they get the Enigma right, instead, they have the solution ready to use it in the finale!
for this type of situations, see manual page 9 "If a situation is not meant to cause physical damage, when characters fail they get different consequences, a described by the Master"
